Marinate choice of Steak in 1/3 cup of jerk marinade and jerk basting salt to taste. for 2-24 hours. Add to hot pan butter and olive oil sear steak on both sides. Remove steak add Onions and Pepper with teaspoon of butter and 1/2 cup of basting fresh garlic salt to taste. Sever over steak and favorite side.

2-3 salmon filets marinate 2-3- hours in 1/3 cup of jerk marinade fresh garlic and salt to taste. Cut salmon into medium chunks. Add salmon to hot pan of butter and olive oil until brown remove salmon. Add onions red peppers to pan cooked to until translucent, add 2 tbs butter, 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup jerk marinade bring to a boil add cup of parmesan cheese  salt to taste  stir add salmon then cooked pasta.
